Most campaign disasters are preventable with ten minutes of QA. This is the checklist a campaign passes before it goes live.

What this isA pre-launch QA playbook every campaign should pass before it ships.

You give itTen minutes before you schedule the campaign.

You get backA seven-point check covering goal, audience, tracking, creative, links, signoff, and monitoring.

The steps

  1. Goal and KPI: write the one number this campaign moves and the target. If you cannot, do not launch it.
  2. Audience and list: confirm the segment, the size, and that suppression and exclusion lists are applied.
  3. Tracking: every link carries a clean UTM from your approved vocabulary, and the destination has analytics firing.
  4. Creative QA: proofread the copy, confirm the offer is correct, and check that images and alt text render on mobile.
  5. Links and forms: click every link, submit every form, and confirm the thank-you page and the CRM record both work.
  6. Stakeholder signoff: the owner and one second reviewer approve, in writing, before scheduling.
  7. Launch and monitor: schedule it, then watch the first hour for bounces, broken links, and early numbers.

Template to start from

Turn these seven into a checklist in your project tool with a required owner and a checkbox per item. No campaign schedules until every box is ticked.
